|Recommended: YesAffordable and Spacious, I like it — Its very spacious and i love that. Tons of storage, which is nice too. Some negatives Smelled like cigarette smoke, Bathtub was full of hair and other gunk, Cabinets are wearing away, and the screen door is not very secure.

|Recommended: YesIt's a good place. Room for improvement to be Great. — Good price per sq. ft. The units with newer cabinets are really nice looking. Mine have rough edges and could use the face lift. Great spacious closets The whole unit feels bigger than it is.
Construction outside looks sad and needs a facelift too. Many hand rails on stairs around the complex have paint that sticks to your hand and comes off. Sometimes even cuts my hands. Multiple buildings and stairs too.
If you've got loud naighbors you'll hear them. If they smoke weed you will smell it.
The parking policy for visitors is not enough spaces at all. Covid has somewhat relieved that but it's often hard to find a spot as a resident now. I dont know the perfect fix but what we've got is not it. Basically dont have visitors if you live here.
With some exceptions maintenance is great and responsive. Office staff have been pleasant. I miss when the office was open and they had cookies
For what it is the price is right. I have recommended to friends. I know people in multiple buildings even. I do enjoy it here
Some areas for improvement include nighttime lighting -some areas are dangerously dark Both on sidewalks and in the parking lots. More visitor spots, restriping the spots in the lot. The stairway railings peeling. Overall paint job of the buildings. Aesthetic stuff sure..but you all asked for feedback.

|Recommended: YesIT's nicer than the other properties I looked at — I really like the property but I'm concerned with the two vehicles I saw that were broken into on my 4th night. Also my neighbor smokes alot and the smell is getting into my apartment.
