|Recommended: YesStalwart Service For Tenants — from the time i signed my lease w the very personable charismatic leasing agent, lauri jo who found me this cute, extremely spacious over all awesome apt dwelling for the price i got to my non-urgent 1st maint.request, i feel like remington house apts' staff actually care about keeping me as a happy tenant. f'real, they are a true cut above the rest by way of austin apt living as far as my experiences go over the last few years since covid i was beginning to think all apts' team members had lost their heart. these are the best apts i have lived in a very long time. other property groups could learn a thing or 2 about decency kindness from the folks at remington house i hope to be here beyond my 15 month lease if i can help it. keep up the great authentically courteous stellar customer service guys. trust, the friendliness goes a long way in my book xoxo

|Recommended: YesNice, Affordable, And Convenient Apartment For Everybody. — Nice and clean rooms which are big and well maintained. The staff are very nice and helpful. To acknowledge Lauri, Jasmine, Richard whom I have been interacting with. I reached them via phone calls, emails, and in person in the office and they are all patient, nice, and listen to my concerns and help me quickly. As result, I moved into the apartment one week ago without inspecting the apartment myself as I was in another state. Just found a few minor issues and they fixed all in the next day So far, I am very satisfied with the apartment.

|Recommended: YesPretty Happy Here Good Price For Austin Rn — I’ve been here 7 months now and the only issue was a stolen package my first week, but after installing a ring camera never happened again. The only complaint I have is the issue of holes in the property fences that homeless or dumpster divers sometimes sneak through, but the fences have been repaired so the management makes efforts for sure but the fence is always damaged again at some point 😭
But honestly I’ve loved it here. It’s pretty quiet you hear some distant highway sounds but it’s really pretty quiet for real. I saw a lot of reviews about roaches but honestly have only seen 2 in my apartment since being here and it will happen time to time we live in tx they’re gonna get in sometimes, really happy about the fact there has been no issue. that’s a big deal breaker for sure 😭. the apartment is pretty clean at move in, it was a renovated unit and it’s really nice. It is carpet on the 2nd and 3rd floor as only 1st floor units have hard wood, but it’s nice. Counters are really nice too and big.
So over all I recommend it here it’s pretty great. The people living here seem chill and keep to themselves but do say hi here and there, everyone seems very nice.
The office staff is also friendly and responsive, they are understanding and communicate important updates and notices via their portal and email. The parking lot was also just redone it’s much smoother now definitely a plus. Parking does fill up fast in the evening and afternoon. If you come home late you might not get close parking but it’s not always too bad. So really I love living here and it’s affordable right now for Austin standards. I would recommend for sure 👍🏻

|Recommended: YesSmooth Move — I've yet to have a move in Austin that didn't have an issue. While Remington has been no exception to that rule, it has certainly been the smoothest move in experience I have had comparatively. I did have to change units from the 1st lease I signed which required me to change the Internet and utility plans I had already made and there is currently no power to the outlets in my bathroom, but those are paltry compared to previous experiences that I've had. Especially when you consider how nice the painting and construction of the remodeled units are.

|Recommended: YesPretty Happy — I moved in May 2024, and honestly it’s been great. Everyone is really nice and the noise level is definitely minimum with the occasional roudy night but we are all just out here living so go off. The apartment itself is really nice actually, renovation is not too bad. I really like the vibe in here there is so much natural light in the bedroom but the living room only has the one sliding door window so not as much light in the living room.
Overall it’s affordable right now, it’s located pretty conveniently and it does feel like home. I was skeptical because of old reviews but the new management must have made some changes because I have experienced none of the negative things mentioned.

|Recommended: YesQuiet For Area, — The only issue I’ve had here so far is with the roaches, but I was provided with a full clean out upon request the following week and can get another if they get worse.
I’d like for the front gates to get fixed eventually, but I haven’t seen any wanderers in the little time I’ve been here so it hasn’t been an issue. The staff is super helpful and the maintenance guys are awesome
