|Recommended: YesLori Jo — I’ve been here going on four years, and Lori Jo has been the best property manager I’ve ever met She’s patient and works with you. The Maintenance is pretty good about coming out to fix issues right away. I’m getting ready to move just because I need something different, but would definitely recommend Remington House Apartments

|Recommended: YesPretty Good — It's pretty good, the parking is great, and the staff is super nice. I wish my neighbors weren't as loud as they are but that isn't the staff's fault.

|Recommended: YesSpecial Discounts For State Government Employees — Recommended for people moving into Austin and looking for an affordable accommodation. I would love to get more visitor parking spots and a gated entrance already promised by the management so hope to see these happening soon . They offer special discounts for state government employees and this absolutely is a great honor make sure to get those discounts if they apply to you .

|Recommended: YesCute, Quiet, Homey Hide-Away On A Hill — I've only lived here for about a month, but so far I love it. The property staff are lovely, Lauri Jo in particular is phenomenal. I can always find parking somewhere near my apartment. I've had to call maintenance a couple times for some little things and they've always come out in a day or two and get it fixed up right. I love the texting feature so I know it's being handled even when I'm at work. My neighbors are nice and friendly, I can sometimes hear the guy above when he's moving around but there's no loud music or wild parties like the last place I lived. The apartments are older and not the fanciest looking places in the world, but inside is nice and comfortable. The place was in really good shape when I moved in for its age, and they're going to be painting the outside sometime in the near future so that's cool. The location is good, it'll take you about 10 minutes to get to downtown or the Domain if traffic is agreeable. Otherwise, it takes like 10 seconds to get on 35 from here and you can go where ever you need to. You're also far enough back on the property that you don't hear tons of noise from 35 even though it's right there. The place is pet friendly, with a couple doggie stations scattered about. I wish they kept the bags restocked on a more regular basis but I carry my own so it's not a huge deal. I've walked my dog several times late at night and didn't feel unsafe doing so. There's a decent sized pool and it's definitely a hoppin' place on the weekends but hasn't drawn the crazy parties I have been expecting so far. I'm really glad I decided to move here and hope it continues to be as great as it has been.

|Recommended: YesOverall Not A Terrible Place To Live — Aside from the fact that several people do not pick up after their pets and some even walk them in areas where pets are not aloud I have no issues with the property.
