|Recommended: YesLocation Location Location — You can't beat this price for this location. Right at the interchange of I35 and 183. You can get to ANY section of Austin in 10 minutes. Also, Screened-In porch. Bonus

|Recommended: YesI Like My Apartment But.... — As a person residing in a 1bdr, I did NOT expect to have neighbors with 3 or 4 people living in a 1bdr.
The security gate is always open so no security with that. disappointing
The roaches are fearless and you have to put in a request for pest control. It's not something that is scheduled frequently by management so the pest problem will be an ongoing issue.
Cars come thru late at night playing loud music or early in the morning....no respect for the community whatsoever. Rude
People walk their dogs along the dog walk and I hardly ever see anyone pick up after their Pooch. Gross
The floor plans are nice and spacious and the rent is affordable for me. I love the trees and how it's like a hidden community off of HWY 35. I have never had an issue with staff and maintenance.

|Recommended: NoThis Is Not A Good Place To Live — Where to begin First of all there are roaches everywhere. They have not exterminated in a year and they are suppose to do that twice a year. It's disgusting. There's no security or cameras. They leave the gates open for just anyone to walk in. The only amenity is closed, so what are we paying so much for Neighbors will play loud music when the office is closed. People sit all around the parking lot at night. A girl almost got kidnapped by a homeless person. These apartments are not safe and they are disgusting.
The maintenance sucks. The broke my shower curtain and didn't bother putting it back and left my bathroom a mess. Some of them will come in and just yell and scream until they wake you up or get you to come outside your room instead of just doing their damn jobs and leaving.
I was lied too. I was meant to be getting different flooring and cabinets, a bookshelf, and fireplace. I did not get that. My balcony is not safe and it's loose, god forbid someone trips cause they'll fall right through it. There's no such thing as cleanliness inside the complex but they'll make the leasing office look nice in order to get people in. During Covid they kept harassing me about rent no matter how many times I told them I was struggling. Someone stole my clothes and the office was no help cause there's no security.
This is a dangerous, nasty, disgusting area. Please tell me again what my money is paying for. Only move here if you're desperate like I was.
