Nightly boom, boom, boom cars playing in parking lot.
Police can find this place with their eyes closed, they are here nightly and daily.

|Recommended: YesIt's Quiet. There Are Occasional Disturbances, But Not Too Bad. — I enjoy living here because of my neighbors and the fact that it's mostly quiet. There are occasional disturbances, but it's not too bad. The parking is dicey, but most apartment complexes are unless you have a designated parking spot.

|Recommended: YesDesperately In Need Of Upgrades — Would be better if you looked somewhere else. Units are in desperate upgrades. AC looks like it was installed in the 60's and it's broke down 5 times since I moved in 1yr ago. Walls are very thin you can hear everything.

|Recommended: YesIt's Nice Overall, Not Perfect — Not too bad, you can't find parking late at night and it's be nice if there were a gym, or another entrance not on 35 but its all in all alright.

|Recommended: NoTowne House Aprtment Remingtonhouse — The rooms are very spacious.
The parking lots have no designated spaces allocated, which means it is hard to get a parking slot near the apartment, No gate access required to enter or exit.

|Recommended: YesApt Perspective — Living here is great My neighbors are quite, grounds are always clean. Parking as of late has been horrible, there's hardly any parking if i come home around 7pm. Besides thats facility and apt are well kept definitely would recommend to others

|Recommended: YesOverall Ok Place To Live — The parking is not great, have to walk far to my apartment if I do not make it home before 5 because all of the spaces are taken up. Can hear everything my neighbors do and every time they walk. The apartment itself is very nice and cozy. I feel at home here.

|Recommended: NoNot Too Bad But — Remington Apartment is a naturally beautiful environment and community to live in. Unfortunately, the apartment looks very old with little or no maintenance. The rooms are comfortably spacious, the kitchen space is pretty small and the bathroom as well.
The worst part of this apartment is the cabinets and drawers. They are horrible eye-sore. When I moved in here less than a month now, the apartment was very dirty, the cabinets were falling apart, they look like decaying woods with very ugly whitish stuff all over it the toilets do not flush well. The washing sinks and bath tubs were very very messy and had some paints spilled on them. There were nails and stones and scraps all over the new rug they hurriedly placed in the apartment.
The refrigerator is the oldest refrigerator I have ever seen in my life, very old with dents all over it and stains that couldn't even be cleaned off with the best cleaning liquid.
I had to live with all these because the leasing officer said they cannot do anything about it. Instead they simply said we have taken note of that and you can take pictures for your records when you will be moving out.
The most unpleasant experience of it all is that prior to my signing the lease, the leasing office staff i was communicating with assured me that though I would not be able to view the apartment because of the Covid-19 issues the place would very clean and nice for me my move-in date.
She was very friendly and encouraging when we were discussing my interest in renting the apartment but immediately I signed the lease and moved into the apartment, she became very very hostile and unfriendly, She became very rude and told me on one of the occasions, Oh you have already signed the lease and nothing can be done about whatever issues you find with the unit.
I felt like I have signed a death warrant for myself.
Living in this apartment feels now like living in bondage.
Besides this horrible experience, the community is a very friendly one to live in and what I like best in the apartment is the laundry facility and the woods around it, also there is enough car parking lots for everybody
